ANOTHER REASON WHY GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP IS CRUCIAL for those trying to lose weight and lean out:
If you sleep 6hrs or less, ~70% of weight loss = from muscle mass NOT fat
Lack of sleep =
-More sympathetic activation
-More cortisol secretion
-More fat storage
