Did You Know?
You may have heard cliché saying such as, “Smiling is the best thing you can do for yourself!” or “Smiling is the first step to happiness!”, but do these sayings have any merit? Yes! Yes, they do! According to Stanford researchers, human emotions are linked to muscle movements and physical stimuli. A recent study determined that participants who physically smiled encountered positive mood improvements. On the other hand, participants who did not smile, or were forced to smile by third party assistance, did not have those same mood improvements. Therefore, smile! Because smiling is scientifically proven to make you feel better.
To Building Fortitude.
Warm regards,
