Did You Know?
“Manifestation” has been a newly emerging trend in the mental health and wellness space most commonly associated with a larger “thoughts become things” ideology. This week’s article, “The Secret” to Success? The Psychology of Belief in Manifestation, takes a scientific approach to defining, understanding, and applying manifestation to everyday life. Participants who engaged in manifestation were proven to perceive themselves as more successful, had stronger aspirations, and even believed they were more likely to achieve future success. Although, they were also more likely to take larger risks with personal, financial, and physical downfalls. So, shoot for the moon but ensure your mental, physical, and financial wellbeing is always secure in your future endeavors.
